DLAG is a practical methodology for youth work through social permaculture and Design Thinking. It was created to support young people, youth workers, educators and community groups in exploring local challenges and developing meaningful, sustainable responses within their communities.
The methodology is structured through five interconnected phases that guide a group from first insights towards concrete action: observing and feeling, understanding and defining, imagining and connecting, testing and adapting, and finally sharing and connecting with the wider community.
As part of the project, we developed a practical toolkit with 18 tools, an online platform and the board game CONNECTED that can be used in different youth work, educational and community contexts.
The workshop will follow a short DLAG-inspired process in which participants move from a concrete community challenge towards a deeper understanding of the people, needs and patterns involved, and then towards a first possible direction for action. I will keep the exact choice of tools open for now, so the process can be adapted to the space, group size and final programme setting. In any case, the workshop will be interactive and will end with a visible group output.

Ružica 2021-ben csatlakozott a Green Age-hez (https://zelenodoba.org/). Információs rendszerek szakon végzett, facilitátor, oktató és permakultúra-tervező, valamint földépítési és díszítő technikák terén minősített mester és oktató. Az elmúlt években aktívan részt vett Erasmus+ projektekben és egyéb kezdeményezésekben, ahol projekteket koordinált, valamint nem formális oktatási tartalmakat készített és tartott. Tapasztalata van műhelyek, munkatáborok és képzések vezetésében a földépítés, a permakultúra és egyéb fenntartható gyakorlatok területén. A Design for Change és az Upshift UNICEF programok oktatója, amelyek a fiatalokkal való munkához alkalmazott Design Thinking módszertant alkalmazzák.
